ra77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ra77 ("ra77," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ra77 online gaming platform available at ra77.club and any associated mobile applications, software, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

ra77 is operated for the Philippine market and is intended for use by eligible players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an account on ra77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from ra77 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by administrative action.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ra77 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. ra77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ra77 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ra77 account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify ra77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ra77 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are secure when accessing the Platform.
• ra77 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.

ra77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

All transactions on the ra77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ra77 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ra77 account balance in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• ra77 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take up to five (5) banking days to process, depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• ra77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ra77 bears no responsibility.

ra77 operates an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program in accordance with Philippine law. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds or appear inconsistent with a player's stated profile may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary holds, or reporting to relevant authorities as required by law.

ra77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ra77 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, payment method, or geographic location.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• ra77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the ra77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. ra77 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ra77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by ra77's server records shall be final and binding.
• ra77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. ra77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Winnings are credited to your ra77 account balance upon confirmation of the game result. ra77 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending verification of the legitimacy of the wager and the player's account.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on ra77's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding record of the game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ra77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ra77 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

ra77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

ra77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the ra77 Platform — including but not limited to the ra77 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ra77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ra77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ra77 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ra77's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which ra77 reserves all rights and remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ra77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ra77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data by third parties.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, account balances, or promotional communications.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

ra77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ra77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ra77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ra77 is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Key aspects of our data practices include:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the Platform, including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• ra77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to ra77's legal retention obligations.

ra77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification process.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ra77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, account transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform, you must first contact ra77 customer support to attempt informal resolution. ra77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ra77's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute. The decision of the relevant regulatory authority shall be final and binding on both parties.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ra77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ra77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. ra77 recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform.
